These terms govern access to the Mosalam platform, client area, billing flows, and the services delivered through them.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, "Mosalam.com" refers to the service provider, "Client" refers to any individual or entity using the services, and "Service" refers to all hosting, server, and related products.
Introduction
By using Mosalam.com services, you fully and legally agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a binding legal agreement, and continued use of the service represents explicit acceptance.
Client Agreement
The client agrees to communicate only through official support channels, maintain confidentiality of credentials, refrain from transferring services without verification, respect staff, pay invoices on time, avoid prohibited activities, and provide accurate registration information.
Reseller Server Terms
Flooding, spam, or any activity causing technical or security harm is prohibited. Mosalam.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate violating servers without prior notice. Clients are fully responsible for managing and maintaining their servers.
Server Hosting Terms
Receiving a server means assuming full responsibility. Mosalam.com does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Malicious software, attacks, or mining are prohibited. Excessive resource usage requires upgrading. Violating servers may be suspended without compensation.
Technical Support
Support is provided exclusively via the ticket system. Clients must provide access when required. Mosalam.com may close inactive or abusive tickets. Support is limited to hosting-related issues only.
Financial Terms
Payment is required to activate the service, and all services provided by Mosalam.com are digital services activated immediately upon order completion. Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate service prior to purchase, and completing the order and accepting the Terms and Conditions constitutes explicit agreement to all financial obligations under this agreement. In the event of service misuse or policy violations, Mosalam.com reserves the right to immediately terminate the service without any compensation.
No Refund Policy
All services provided by Mosalam.com are digital services activated immediately upon order completion. Due to the nature of these services, clients are not entitled to request any refund after service activation. Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate service prior to purchase, and completing the order and accepting the Terms and Conditions constitutes explicit acknowledgment of the no-refund policy. The no-refund policy applies to setup fees, licenses, and custom services. In the event that the service cannot be provided due to a technical error on Mosalam.com's side prior to activation, an appropriate resolution may be offered without any obligation for a monetary refund. Refund requests based on change of mind or lack of need after activation will not be accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Mosalam.com shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, attacks, or circumstances beyond its control.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Amendments
Mosalam.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where Mosalam.com operates, and its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
